Client Director/Executive Director

Aligned with the growth strategy for The North Alliance (NoA), NoA Ignite is seeking a Client Director/Executive Director to play a key role in fostering client relationships and driving business expansion. NoA Ignite believes that success in this role will come from taking ownership of strategies aimed at enhancing client satisfaction, retaining clients, and driving revenue growth.

The role as Client Director /Executive Director

You will be in the very center of NoA Ignite’s commercial activities - ideally bringing a T-shaped skill set across marketing technologies, data platforms, digital design, UX/UI, and web development processes and methodologies. A knowledge and project experience in marketing technology, data integration, and digital platforms will be highly valued.

Key responsibilities and success metrics

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet targets and drive growth

  • Collaborate with the design-, data- and development teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and timelines

  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and provide solutions that meet their needs

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or challenges in a timely manner

  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue, and forecasting

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape, and provide recommendations to improve our service offering


What we’re Looking for:

  • Both the strategic mindset to identify business opportunities and the technical ability to advice clients and guide internal teams

  • Knowledge about and experience with CRM and MarTech in complex client/project environments.  Some experience delivering platform development projects, preferable with a MACH architecture.

  • Understanding Design Thinking as a business development tool alongside being familiar with UX/D processes.

  • Experience managing full project lifecycles; from pitch and proposal to delivery - meeting client goals and internal capabilities

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functional across the NoA family to create comprehensive solutions

  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with a focus on growing client partnerships.

  • Excellent communication skills towards clients and in motivating high-performing teams - having the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

  • Fluent in Danish speaking and writing
