As a User Experience Designer in Jabra’s Digital Experience, you will design for our cloud-based software, Jabra Direct, which ensures a richer overall device experience for users. You will join a team that is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences and interfaces for enterprise users. You will be working closely with product owners, developers, testers, architects, and UX Designers of different disciplines.
You will be working among a very engaged and supportive group of UX designers who cover all aspects of the user experience related to the Jabra product line, from front-end concepts, over functionality and comfort in our devices, to software application design.
Work side by side with other UX designers to follow through on design requirements and translate those into final graphics and final Figma UI specifications in an agile and scrum-based development team.
Apply our internal best practices for designing and documenting specifications.
Collaborate with many stakeholders for review and feedback to gain insight into an iterative process for your designs.
Work with product managers and a Scrum team of developers to keep work on track and ensure product deadlines are met.
Follow and help contribute to the evolution of a design system which aligns all UI across the different platforms.
Translate requirements into practical UI solutions ready for delivery to your SW developers
Stay up to date on current and emerging trends, standards, and user research.

7+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer in software applications.
High competence within IXD (Interaction Design) with a flair for IA (Information architecture).
Excellent at Co-designing, User journey mapping, Wire-framing, prototyping and final visual design. A holistic perspective combined with attention to details.
Skilled at working with a design system supporting Responsive design.
Solid user and stakeholder needs analysis.
Good to have
Experience with creating UI for both desktop and mobile applications.
A Design portfolio showing the design process you have worked with.
Experience designing Enterprise business software solutions.
A degree in a UX related field, such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphical Design or Product design.
